Hair Request is the next chapter of the SMP work previously carried out under Scalp Mavericks — rebuilt around natural results, a calmer clinic experience and a brand that can eventually grow beyond one treatment.

I know what it feels like to consider SMP because I’ve done it myself.
Before Hair Request existed — and before Scalp Mavericks — I knew the client side of the decision. Hair loss changes the way some men see themselves long before they ever book a consultation.
I also know what matters once you finally decide to do something about it: you do not want to look “treated”. You want the result to fit your face, your age and the way you actually live.
That is the standard Hair Request is being rebuilt around. No factory-line hairlines. No pressure to go darker or sharper than is sensible. No pretending SMP can do something it cannot.

A believable result should improve your appearance without announcing the treatment.

If SMP is not the right tool for the result you want, the consultation should make that clear.

Why retire
Scalp Mavericks?
The old name did its job, but it belonged to a narrower version of the business. Hair Request is designed to feel more considered, more premium and more capable of growing into a wider hair-loss clinic over time.
That broader ambition does not mean launching ten services at once. The relaunch starts where the experience already exists: scalp micropigmentation. Additional hair-loss services will only be added when the right expertise, clinical partnerships and standards are in place.
THE CLINIC
Private, appointment-led and deliberately uncomplicated.
Hair Request operates from The Old Rectory Business Centre on Springhead Road in Northfleet, Kent. Consultations and treatments are by appointment.
The goal is not to build the atmosphere of a tattoo shop or a hard-sell cosmetic clinic. It is to create somewhere you can talk openly about hair loss, inspect real work and make a decision without pressure.
