What this website collects

The current website does not send consultation form entries to a Hair Request database. If you complete the consultation form, the information is used in your browser to prepare a WhatsApp message. Nothing is sent until WhatsApp opens and you choose to send it.

When you contact Hair Request

If you contact Hair Request by WhatsApp, phone, Instagram or another messaging service, the information you provide may include your name, contact details, photographs and information relevant to your treatment enquiry. This is used to respond to your enquiry, assess suitability, arrange appointments and provide treatment-related communication where applicable.

Third-party services

This website links to WhatsApp, Instagram and Google Maps. Those services operate under their own privacy terms. Opening or using them may allow those providers to process information according to their own policies.

Cookies and analytics

This version of the website does not intentionally set analytics or advertising cookies. If analytics, advertising pixels or an online booking system are added later, this notice and any required consent controls should be updated before those tools go live.

Photographs

Client treatment photographs displayed on this website are archive images supplied for portfolio use. New Hair Request photography should only be published with the appropriate client permission.
